Booklet on Anxiety Available for Purchase

This is not a blog.  Just a note that I published a short booklet called Play More, Worry Less on Amazon for Kindle.  It presents a model for children to help reduce anxiety in a play-based or imagination-based framework, with some short, simple examples and exercises.  It can be a useful guide for children who are either gifted and/or struggling in some areas.

It is less than 20 pages long.  I wanted to list it more affordably as it is so short, but Amazon would not let me list it for less than $3.99.
